The first book: Published
Emotional Triggers: Time travel into memory
Autobiography
In this work, I address the issue of emotional triggers and delve into the story of my life, through journeys through the corridors of memory. I do so, however, without resorting to the conceptual definitions found in the specialist literature on the subject. On the contrary, the writing of this book takes as its starting point, draws inspiration from, and draws upon my therapeutic experience, as recounted in the last four and a half pages of my life story.
The book is organised into eleven chapters, but the main theme of the work – emotional triggers, framed by journeys through the timeline of memory – is explored in ten chapters, of which the following are particularly noteworthy:

This book has now been completed and is at an advanced stage of publication. It will be my second literary work to be published in 2026, provided that, by then, God continues to grant me life and health.
The book is organised into five chapters, covering a range of topics, from family relationships, sexual abuse and assault, missing persons, and everyday life, etc. They are portraits of real and fictional life, written with fervour, passion and emotion..
The third book: To be published
The Other Inside Me
Poems
This literary project is currently being written, whilst at the same time at an advanced stage of publication. It already has a title and cover design, and a planned release date. These are recent poems, many of them written whilst I was grappling with the final storms of tropical depression. It will be my third literary work to be published, in the year 2026, provided that, by then, God continues to grant me life and health.
The content of this work arises from the struggle with forces that claim to lie hidden within me; it is, therefore, a reflection of the clash between the rays of reason and emotion. Through this work, I wish to grasp the meaning of things and keep it by my side as I journey towards the infinity of time.
